Today we’ll analyze what Codes of Ethical Conduct mean.
Many corporations adopt ethical code of conduct for their employees. Establishing such a code of conduct can provide guidelines for the actions of employees at all levels in the company.
Corporate codes of conduct are especially effective in setting specific rules for situations that can commonly arise. For example, they may prohibit payments to government officials or prohibit employees from taking gifts from suppliers. A code can also establish fair procedures for disciplining employees.
